  We eat at the Smugglers 3 times while we were staying in Brixham in May 2013. We first passed the Smugglers whilst looking for some last minute accommodation and stopped for a cold drink.
  
  The food looked so good we eat there and we were so impressed we visited twice more in the week and we were never disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful and even managed to rustle up a the same curry for my wife that I had a few days before even though it was not on the menu that day. Highly recommended
  
  Update.. We returned here on a later holiday and sadly the food is in our opinion had gone downhill dramatically. Disappointed

  Just had a lovely experience celebrating my father's 60th birthday here today! He and my mother had already eaten here not long ago, but they liked it so much they wanted to return a second time for his birthday and I can easily see why; the inn itself is wonderful, spacious and clean with friendly, attentive staff and pleasant patrons. As for the menu, it was almost too difficult to pick as they all sounded so good but I ultimately went with their 8oz West Country Beef Steak Burger. It was absolutely delicious, excellent value for money and accompanied by a wonderful assortment of tasty sides along with chips and salad! Thank you for the experience, Smuggler's Inn, we'll happily come back again sometime soon!

  Excellent service, great food and beer. The view is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone.
